Internship Position | Hostess
Department: Food & Beverage
Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November)
Your Main Responsibilities:
· Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests.
· Prepare mise en place and complete side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.
· Manage dining reservations and allocate tables according to the established sequence of service.
· Support restaurant operations with tasks assigned by the F&B or Restaurant Manager.
· Offer menu guidance and suggestions when needed for both food and beverages.
· Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
